La Petite Rouvadin is a comfortable cottage attached to an 18th century farmhouse in the midst of the Mayenne countryside. It is ideal for couples and those wanting to explore this spectacularly beautiful area either on foot, by bicycle or by car.

This delightful 'away from it all' cottage has everything to make your holiday enjoyable. On the edge of the Pail Forest in the heart of a National Park you can bask in the sun on the terrace and be surrounded by beautiful scenery.

The cottage is attached to an old farmhouse, which is occupied by the British family who own the property. The cottage is light and airy with French doors leading from the lounge onto a private terrace. The large gardens stretch away in front of the terrace, which is well equipped with garden furniture, from here there are magnificent views over the garden and the forest. There are deer, wild boar and red squirrels and a huge variety of birds in the forest, which is wonderful for walking, horse riding, cycling and getting close to nature. We have bicycles available for the use of guests.

The garden overlooks the Forest de Pail and has wonderful views all round. There is a large terrace attached to the cottage for exclusive use by our guests and this is fully equipped with garden furniture including a BBQ.

The owners are on hand at all times and are happy to help with queries on exploring the area. The cottage also makes an ideal base for property searching in the area and the owners will be pleased to offer help and advice if required.
