The house is situated in a hamlet of just 3 properties, on a quiet road, which is 100 metres from the edge of the Forest. It is still within easy reach of a variety of shops, the nearest being in Villaines la Juhel or Pre en Pail, which are 5 minutes away by car.

The house is on a sunny rise, adjacent to the forest and 50 metres from the house there is a tiny 13th century chapel, which was placed on a junction of an ancient pilgrim trail.

The living room has comfortable chairs, settee and a satellite TV. There are large patio doors leading from the living room. At one end there is a well-equipped kitchenette with cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also a washing machine. The double bedroom has ample cupboard space and a double bed with pillows and duvet. There is a shower room with WC. The cottage is fully centrally heated for those Spring and Autumn breaks.

We provide all linen and towels. The kitchen is equipped with basic necessities such as salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar etc.

We have provided cleaning materials in both kitchen and bathroom.

There will be a small welcome pack available on arrival, which will contain some items to help you settle in.

La Petite Rouvadin is available for short or long term lettings. However we do not accept smokers.
