Our Rates are shown in £'s Sterling and we also accept payment in Sterling so you know exactly how much your costs will be. No need to worry about Sterling/Euro Exchange rates.

Rates are per week Saturday to Saturday

During the Off Peak period there is a supplementary charge of £15 per week towards heating costs.

Cottage available from 4.00 p.m on day of arrival .

Cottage should be vacated by 10.00 a.m on day of departure.

Short breaks available, price per night for minimum of 3 nights
Low and Mid season - £35 per night Weekday £40 per night Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)

Payment details will be provided on booking. £80 deposit for each week secures any booking. This deposit is non-returnable.

The final balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival. If a booking is made within 2 months of your proposed arrival then the total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking.

Cancellation of the booking by the holidaymaker should be made in writing. If such cancellation is made prior to eight weeks before the start of the holiday then the holidaymaker’s liability shall be limited to the forfeit of the deposit paid. If cancellation is made within eight weeks of the start of the holiday then the full rental amount will be forfeit. The owners strongly recommend that the holidaymaker takes out suitable travel insurance to cover any loss due to unforeseen circumstances leading to cancellation of the holiday.

Should the property become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given. Any refund is restricted to the property hire costs.

Rental Details and Conditions

A Security/Damage Deposit of £100 is required with the final payment, 8 weeks before arrival. It is used to cover the cost of any damage, breakage, poor cleanliness etc. The gite is to be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure. The deposit will be returned by post after departure, less any deductions for damage, breakage or any excessive cleaning required.
